The multi-character Futraj moj ego from 2019 got its logical sequel four years later. Anja Bezlova, who has been wandering the domestic and European streets as a member of various bands for many years and festivals, in the meantime she created an intimate image of the world, and with the stimuli that surround her, she once again "inflated" her ego. Also a continuation of the excellent debut, in which Bezlova is, as befits her multipersona, using all her characters living at the time, is built similarly, but still with a lot the difference. Everything that was predicted in the first part actually happened. Majda from Mengeš, character of aggressive peacemaker, was then collecting signatures for the prohibition of war. Now we have it. there were not enough signatures to stop the wave of nonsense that we are witnessing today. Meanwhile, Rose the Clown is
gone, Shugardady is no longer in prison, and Alfa has no problem selling her arsenal of weapons.
All the problematization of militarization, the objectification of the female body, everything that the first part dealt with,
was in vain. Therefore, the second part is in the sign of Alpha. For her, the world has just now become fun, shiny
orb interlaced with music hits, reference texts, tailored history and clear the future.
The new Futraj moj ego is a performance that could not have been created earlier than just now. It's a performance that repels,
while hugging and loving while smashing.
